Daniel E. Garlewicz, Chief Executive Officer
Daniel Garlewicz is Chief Executive Officer of Core Systems Group. As part of the strategic leadership team, he focuses on ensuring optimal service delivery, achieving complete client satisfaction, and establishing global partnerships that complement Core Systems Group’s capabilities.
Dan brings to Core Systems Group more than 30 years experience in re-engineering and automating manufacturing, distribution, and sales functions, including their financial systems. He has solid experience in business continuity, business process automation and re-engineering, enterprise computing technology, global systems management, and IT quality and governance.
Before joining Core Systems Group, Dan held a number of senior management positions at pharmaceutical and consumer product companies, including Sanofi-Aventis, Philip Morris Management Corp., and Nabisco. His work in application and systems development early in his career afforded him in-depth knowledge of running successful technical operations and driving highly successful global teams.
Dan holds a degree. in Computer Science from the New Jersey School of Technology and has received numerous awards from employers and industry groups for analytics, teamwork, and functional innovation.
Richard J. Burton, Chief Operating Officer
Richard J. Burton is Chief Operating Officer of Core Systems Group. A founding member of the firm, he oversees its day-to-day operations, focusing on delivering high-quality results and ensuring client satisfaction.
Rich has over 20 years experience in strategic information technology. Working for several global companies, he has led initiatives in infrastructure process re-engineering (such as ITIL), systems management architecture, operations, and IT security. He also has extensive experience in IT governance within the pharmaceutical and consumer product industries.
Rich has held senior management roles at leading multinational corporations, including Sanofi-Aventis, Philip Morris Management Corp., and Nabisco. Early in his career, he worked in local area network design, infrastructure, and operations support. With his range of experience in both technical and management roles, he has amassed deep knowledge of both technical operations and strategic business issues.
Rich graduated from Seton Hall University with a B.S. in Business Management.
